Our four sites comprise 14 acres of glorious woodlands, grass heathland and ponds. Hard to believe that they were once coal mines and railways. Mother Nature has reclaimed these, with a little help from our dedicated volunteers, transforming them from industrial, to areas of natural beauty full of trees, shrubs, plants, flowers, fungi, insects, small mammals and birds.
Come and enjoy a shady walk down the Swannington Incline ; see the spring blossom and fabulous autumn colour in the Califat Spinney; visit the Gorse Field to find fabulous fungi and explore hidden glades; finally, see snowdrops, primroses and dogwood at Snibston No 3
